Construction Financing

Goldmount Capital offers construction loan facilities for both development and re-development projects. We facilitate construction financing where higher ratio loans are required, institutional level of pre-sales or pre-leasing is not achieved or the borrower’s covenant does not meet bank requirements. We also facilitate competitive development and re-development facilities for borrowers who meet the bank requirements.

Goldmount Capital provides access to bridge loans for short term needs:

• Condominium and serviced lot inventory loans • Properties that haven’t achieved stabilized income
or are in the process of repositioning • A future sale or refinance • Asset class not serviced by institutional lenders • We also have access to Equity and Joint Venture Capital for Development projects.
